Major Responsibilities:
1.Manage the development department projects, resources and responsibilities
2.Recommend the development roadmap
3.Provide project timeline, and allocate resources
4.Analyze technology needs, identify solutions and recommend appropriate products, services, and vendors.
5.Present solutions to customers
6.Manage project implementation for customers
7.Collect customers new requirements and changes, and coordinate their priorities and development process
8.Analyze business requirements, and presenting them in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Vision documents
9.Design and implement Technical Architecture for the software products
10.Recommend, implement and enforce coding standards and procedures.
11.Prepare system and program flowcharts, design documents including application, database and user interface design.
12.Organize and Supervise the development team tasks
13.Coordinates the effective use of the development team's time and ensures efficient communication between team members and other IT functional areas and departments.
14.Perform user requirements analysis including documenting software requirement specification.
15.Supervise a team of programmers. Provides guidance and assistance.
