Responsible
for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation,
labor relations, benefits, and training and development. Develop and
Update the Organization chart Responsible for HR processes development
(Performance appraisal , Training, annual planning etc) and HR forms
Develop the Company Job Description Manual Develop Salary Scheme and
Job grading Participate in interviewing candidates; screen
applications/resumes Develop relationship with employment agencies and
other recruitment sources. Complete salary survey questionnaires.
Design and conduct new employee orientations. Administer and explain
benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance
carriers. Administrate training plan and development courses.
Follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Develop
and maintain human resource data bases, and manual filing systems.
Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements
Develop HR Manual and Employee hand book
Job Qualification
•
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. •
Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word. • Strong level
of influence and negotiation skills. • Good professional appearance. •
Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects. • Able to exercise
effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and
situations. • Able to establish and maintain healthy working
relationships with people in course of work. • Ability to research,
evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and
procedures.
