Our client, a large retail company, is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Shared Services Manager who will be based in their office in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will entirely be involved in performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits and general HR administration for the operation. You will have one direct report and you will be reporting to the HR Manager of the company.Skills
To be successful, you should have a minimum 4 years of experience in full function in HR and 2 years of which should be in a supervisory or senior role within hospitality or retail industry.
