- Proficient SQL Skills for backend web application development (i.e. stored procedures, triggers).
- Provide support for current client accounts.
- Create accurate technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for completed projects.
- Assist in the review and maintenance of development standards and methodologies - Assist in monitoring,
troubleshooting and supporting the web application - infrastructure.Deliver on-time and within scope/specifications.
- Work effectively with QA resources.
- Actively seek to share and gain new knowledge in ones own as well as other technology areas.
- Proactively participate in ongoing development process improvements.

- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Strong design and development skills.
- Excellent knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and J2EE.
- Understanding of Apache configuration.
- Should be able to work closely with the Senior Developer to improve and introduce quality coding practices such
as coding standards, code reviews, configurationmanagement, build management, profiling and unit testing.
- Relational database modeling.
- Application integration with HTTP, Web services and other Internet protocols.
- Knowledge of a version control system, preferably CVS and subversion.
