Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Manager
Job Description
-Develop
and implement the ICT strategy including product and service technology
development & support. Oversee ICT support (infrastructure
development, systems support and maintenance). 4.Review and manage
information processes and resolve gaps or weaknesses 5.Provide technical
support for the development of information databases and resources
including call center services, Assistant Technology database, the
Customer Management Suite, the voluntary sector database, and web based
resources. 6.Proactively identify and develop new and innovative ways of
disseminating information to clients and the public. - Manage the
Information and ICT infrastructure requirements including the use of
third parties to supply services. - Ensure the provision of systems
support
Job Qualification :
Must be certified in : MCITP CCNA CCNP And preferred to be certified in: Linux Database Project Management
