SENIOR IT HELP DESK SPECIALIST @ EVA PHARMA


Department: Information Technology

Classification: Senior Level

GENERAL SUMMARY:

To provide computer support for the users at the location for which he/she is responsible for. To supervise the work of the help desk team in that location. To provide first line support for networks, servers, and business applications.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1- Support end users for all hardware and software problems, including, computer software and hardware, networking, printing, emails, office applications and business applications
2- Follow up and coordinate the purchase of new hardware according to company business processes.
3- Follow up and manage the maintenance of the hardware (computers, laptops, printers, monitors, etc..) whether internally or through external providers.
4- Responsible to manage and maintain suitable stock of spare parts to avoid delays in  supporting the users including stock of ink cartridges for printers..
5- Provide first line support for the network, both LAN and WAN, and work in conjunction with the network and system administrators to resolve any problems.
6- Manage the day-to-day operation of the IT department in the factory.

1- Bachelor degree in computer science or computer engineering.

ORACLE APP. SPECIALIST (QC) @ EVA PHARMA

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for the coordination between Oracle implementation team, and the company’s managers and users throughout the Oracle e-business suite implementation phases.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1- Gather requirements and create process models based on requirements;
2- Defining, architecting and re-engineering business processes.
3- Functional design and design review of Oracle Applications data conversions, interfaces, custom reporting, and custom applications
4- Document and maintain all system specifications, alterations or design changes to ensure adherence to standards.
5- Process analysis; process design, mapping, and re-engineering; process/software gap analysis and resolution.
6- Project documents review and acceptance.
7- Maintenance and support of Oracle Application Modules in terms of the business processes.
8- Configure the applications and work closely with the technical team to facilitate technical scope such as conversions, interfaces, reports, and extensions.

The purpose of this job is to lead the database administrators in processing the technical issues required to operate Oracle E-Business Suite.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Oracle Service Requests (SR) management.
  • Contact the Oracle SDM to finalize the open issues with Oracle Support team.
  • Manage/Administer all application problems before opening any new SR in order to minimize/solve the problem as much as possible.
  • Install and Maintain Oracle Database and Oracle Application e-Business Suite.
  • Manage and Plan the upgrade of different versions of Oracle Applications/Database.
  • Migrate data from Legacy Systems into Oracle.
  • Manage and Budgeting for Database Department.
  • Capable to Design and Analysis tailored systems.
  • Share the IT Management and Oracle Project Management in taking the whole strategic decisions regarding the application implementation from the technical side.
  • Plan and Manage the Database Backup and Recovery plan(s) using the Oracle Technical Tools e.g. RMAN, RAC etc… .

Accountant @ EVA PHARMA

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1- Prepares journal entries and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts; prepares monthly financial statements, including distributing monthly revenue and expenditure reports to departments.
2- Analyzes and reconciles expenditure and revenue accounts, including trustee accounts and investment reports.
3- Reconciles monthly bank statements.
4- Prepares audit schedules for external auditors.
5- Assists with the preparation of the annual and mid-year budgets.
6- Maintains records of routine accounting transactions.
7- Prepares statements, invoices and vouchers.
8- Completes basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
9- Reviews invoices, bills, vouchers, or other documents for corrections before entering into records.
10- Sorts and files documents, and performs calculations. Responsible for the cash register and all its transactions from depositing and withdrawing cash and cash imprest to the medical representatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1- Education: Bachelor degree in Commerce, Major: Accounting.
2- Previous Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
3- Language skills: Very good English.
4- Computer skills: Excellent excel, experience using Oracle is preferred.
