  • Globalization effects on inbound and outbound logistics
  • Measurement of, and efficiency and responsiveness in the supply chain
  • Technologies for design, data, operations and communications in supply chain management
  • Factors influencing demand, including design, marketing, selling, and matching customer orders
  • Core concepts of CRM, including strategies, technologies, and key implementation challenges
  • Fundamentals of supplier relationship management (SRM), including strategies, improved management of sources, relevant technologies and measurement

  • Supply chain dynamics and the balance of responsiveness and efficiency

Six Sigma Black Belt Preparatory Program @ EGYPT

We are glad to announce the start of The Six Sigma Black Belt Preparatory Program On Sunday, 15th July, 2012.

The target of the program is to prepare you for the American Society for Quality Certified Six Sigma Black Belt exam (CSSBB) in 120 studying hours distributed over 48 online lectures.

The program will be held online so there are no geographical limits whatsoever and you can attend the program from any place in the world.

The course language will be both English and Arabic “Egyptian accent” so it's only suitable for Arabic speakers.

* Course Schedule: Sundays and Wednesdays, from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Egypt/Cairo time) including 20 minutes break.

* Duration: 120 hours (twice weekly for 24 weeks).

* Start: Sunday, 15th July 2012.
