Fault & Performance management of electromechanical systems
Network modification, optimization and work orders implementation
Managing Vendor & Suppliers
Special projects & assignments

Specify the failure source & action/decision taken.
Following troubleshooting & escalation process.
Performance monitoring and reporting.
Archiving and reporting the network outage & failures.
Prober implementation of assigned work orders as planned.
Following quality assurance and control process.
Reporting & logging.
Technical evaluation for Vendors & Suplliers electromechanical staff
Coordination and assigning required resources to ensure proper
implementation of vendors & suppliers tasks
Following up on all assigned ongoing projects and CSR?s
Ensuring SLA compliancy
Following up progression of assigned projects.
Reporting full details on project progression.
Technical skills development.
Innovative applicable ideas & solutions in order to facilitate work and enhance team performance.
Communication through team members and other teams to accomplish daily tasks.
Networking with vendors and supplier for to accomplish daily tasks, and proper problem handling.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor Degree of Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience with proficiency in the field of electromechanical equipment (Generators, Rectifiers, UPS, HVAC, Fire Alarm & Fighting Systems, etc?)
- Excellent in Arabic & Very Good in English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
- various vendors experience is preferred
