SharePoint Administrator & MS SQL DB Administrator‏

Following are the required skills:
 1.       SharePoint administrator having at least two years of active administration experience.
2.       MS SQL DB administrator with at least 4 years of active administration experience.
 The resources would have to have the “operations concept” understanding (e.g. being on-call for the whole night for a whole week every three weeks, having to work late or wake up in early morning to perform a task or make  administrative activities).
