Critical Success Factors:
A- We need people with successful track record in sales and
business development in the service sector, preferably with a training
and/or consultancy company
B- Applicants should illustrate
proficiency in the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
including customer relationship management.
C- Competent in Need identification and solution development
Key Responsibilities:
· Explore and open new market segments for company products.
· Analyze market segments and identify target customers
· Identify the prospect requirements; Prospect learning about company services/products.
· Generate new corporate accounts leads
· Build a network of key corporate accounts
· Nurture relations with key accounts and build a continuous relationship with them
· Present company products to new leads
· Analyze customer needs and convert them into business opportunities and solutions
· Prepare proposals covering scope of works, technical and financial sections
· Follow-up on proposals, and negotiate Terms and Conditions with customers and close deal
· Prepare Weekly/Monthly reports that analyze the Sales situation during that period, in addition to the prospects.
· Applicants should master MS office applications and be English language competent.
